What you type into a form.
When you send a form we receive the fields you can see. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the revenue band you picked, when the last month was closed, and the note you wrote. There is no hidden field that asks for a client matter name.
If you book a time, Microsoft Bookings takes those details for us and they reach the same practice. We do not ask you to attach a trust ledger to the public form. If a file is needed later, we agree the way it travels before you send it.
What is collected on its own.
This site records a page view with two random identifiers that your browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party. It stays on our server. It exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded.
There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request information for security and rate limiting.
Why we hold it.
To answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages help, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.
How long, and how to have it removed.
An enquiry is kept while we answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do it.
A trust ledger you later choose to share is kept with the engagement, not with the public page view. It is not used as an example on this site.
If this page changes.
The effective date at the top moves with the page. A material change is made here, not announced on a different site and left off this one.
