Why a page stays up.
Someone in the practice reads a draft against a trust file we actually close before the page stays. A sentence that no longer matches the work comes off. A sentence that still matches stays, in the words a partner would use on a call.
Call the footer number and name the page when a sentence is wrong. You will see the new sentence on the same page you called about. We do not hide a correction in a note a reader will miss.
Three checks, then we stop.
A figure has to name the form or the guide that printed it. A claim about work we will not sign has to match the line in the next section. An example is a structure. It is not a client's result, unless that client agreed in writing and the name is gone.
Market numbers are not ours. A threshold on these pages names the form beside it. A figure someone only remembers from a call does not become a sentence.
The line we will not cross.
Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. A lender who wants a signed audit, or a review, or a compilation, hears that on the first call, and we point the work to a firm that can sign it. We do not produce those reports.
When a firm needs payroll, we set a provider up and the firm runs payday. We do not become the payday. We do not stand in for the firm if an examiner calls. When a letter arrives we gather the records the letter names.
The return, the management advice, and a statement with no assurance report are the work we will do. We name that limit here once. A report that needs a signature this practice will not give is handed to a firm that can sign that report. A reader who wants the public code sections can ask on the call, and we point at the statute site rather than paste a second copy on this page.
An assurance report is the piece we will not start. If the letter on the table asks for one, we say so in the first conversation and we name the kind of firm that can sign it. The books, the monthly close, and the return stay with us while that signature goes elsewhere.
One more limit belongs on a trust entrance. We will not take the monthly read while the trust bank and the liability are still apart. We tie them first, or we name the line that is in the way, before anyone commits.
Who stands behind the work.
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Call +1 844-324-7273. The same number is printed in the footer of every page on this entrance. The same practice that reads the trust bank also prepares the return that year has to live with.
A visitor hunting for a street or a mailbox on these pages comes up empty. The header data a browser reads matches the words a person can see. It does not smuggle an address.
One practice, several names.
Several public names sit in front of one practice. This name is for a firm whose trust bank and liability will not tie. A different search lands on a different name, so the person, the phone, and the practice stay the same while the page stays specific.
Open stevenpalmieri.com when you want the practice hub. That name is the only stop outside this entrance. You cannot hop from here to another of our public names.
What these trust pages are for.
These pages talk about a trust bank, matter lines under it, interest that is not a fee, and a fee that should wait. They are general notes for a firm in any state. They are not a brief, not a pleading, and not a stand-in for the firm's own counsel if a grievance is already in the air.
Intuit owns the QuickBooks name. This site is not sponsored by Intuit and claims no membership in any program of theirs. Amounts stay off the page. A real client's books are never the example.
Closing a client trust account still needs the notice your state names, sent the way that state asks. A journal entry does not send that notice. We say so here so nobody treats a software post as the letter. If the account is already closed and the notice never went out, say that before anyone calls the chart tidy.
How a wrong figure is handled.
A changed page carries a new date at the top. When a figure is wrong, readers see the corrected number or the sentence comes down. The page should not make a bad figure sound smaller than it was. Tell us by phone and the change shows up where a reader actually looks.
