What you should be able to do.
Every page has a skip link, one main region, and a footer. The menu is a real control. On a phone it is one row labeled Menu. On a wider screen the links stay visible without opening that row.
Text is at least 18 pixels. Links in prose are underlined. A picture that is a link says so in words that stay on the screen. A picture that is not a link does not pretend to be one.
The calendar on the booking page does not load until you ask for it or scroll to it, so the page does not jump when it opens. Forms have labels. Focus is visible. We aim for contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 for text.
If a page fights you.
Call the number in the footer and name the page. We would rather fix the control than ask you to work around it. A screen reader, a keyboard, and a phone are all ways this site is supposed to work.
We do not publish an email address. The phone and the form are the two ways in.
